PT Prima Wiguna Parama will be committed to implementing a sustainable Anti-Bribery Management System. To implement this commitment PT Prima Wiguna Parama will:

1. Prohibiting the use of bribery within the Company by playing a proactive role in the prevention and eradication of corruption, collusion and nepotism.
2. Complying with the laws and regulations related to the Anti Bribery Management System that apply in alignment with the Company's objectives.
3. Provide a framework for the Anti-Bribery Management System and conduct oversight of the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Commitments and Anti-Bribery Goals.
4. Encourage the raising of awareness in good faith, or on the reasonable grounds of belief, without the fear of retaliation.
5. Promote the continuous improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management System.
6. Ensure that the Anti-Bribery Compliance function is independent and free from conflicts of interest.
7. In accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws and regulations, take action against all forms of violations of the provisions of the Anti-Bribery Management System and accept sanctions.
