PT Prima Wiguna Parama will commit to a sustainable management system for quality, health, safety and the environment.

In order to implement this commitment, PT Prima Wiguna Parama will do the following :

1. The implementation of a service plan to ensure that the services provided to customers are in line with their requirements.
2. Demonstrate compliance with health and safety legislation and other relevant requirements that are minimum requirements of local and national governments.
3. Development and implementation of programmes for the achievement of MK3L's goals and objectives. 
4. To ensure that employees, subcontractors and other parties associated with PT Prima Wiguna Parama are involved in the management of this MK3L policy by ensuring that it is well known, understood and implemented.
5. Implement effective occupational health, safety, environmental and energy management programmes to create a safe and healthy working environment, prevent accidents, occupational diseases, work-related illnesses, HIV/AIDS, hazardous incidents, environmental pollution, and to prevent asset damage and business interruption, create safe, efficient and productive operations and implement a safety culture,
6. To evaluate and review the implementation of the MK3L System on a regular and ongoing basis and to make continuous improvements.

This policy will be kept under review in the light of industry developments, organisational changes, developments in the company's business, changes in technology, changes in laws and regulations and input from stakeholders.
